PRODUCTION LEAD TIME:

Most items are custom-made upon order confirmation. Standard production requires 15-20  business days. For urgent requests, please contact us prior to placing your order.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

-Default shipments  are dispatched via EMS or China Post.

Oversized items or countries outside EMS/China Post service areas will be delivered through alternative methods:

• Sea/Air freightdoor-to-door
• Express carriers(DHL/UPS/FedEx)

Shipping costs may vary for non-standard solutions. We will confirm final rates and obtain your approval before processing orders.

 

QUALITY GUARANTEE:

All products are 100% brand new and factory-tested for fitment prior to molding. Minor adjustments(sanding/cutting) may be required during installation. We strongly recommend professional installation by certified auto workshops.

 

RETURN POLICY:

We accept 30-day unconditional returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure items remain undamaged and in resalable condition(original packaging included).

 

IMPORTANT  NOTICES:

Import Fees: All customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the  buyer's responsibility. Verify potential charges with local authorities before purchasing.

Delivery Inspection: Inspect package integrity upon receipt. Shipping-related damages/losses must be  reported to the carrier within 48 hours. Claims for transit damage will not be processed by our company.
